CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer may cancel their booking by providing express notification to WAOU RENTALS by sending an email to the following address: reservas@bnbholder.com or via the link provided in the booking confirmation email.
A full refund (100% of the booking amount) will be issued if the cancellation is made more than 5 days in advance. If the cancellation occurs between 5 days and up to 12 am on the check-in date, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded. For cancellations made on the check-in date, a penalty of 100% of the booking amount will apply.
In cases of "No Show" (failure to appear), no refund will be issued for the booking amount.
Date modifications for bookings are not allowed if less than 5 days remain before check-in.
Some of our apartments are equipped with electronic keys, which require a smartphone, and in such cases, physical key collection at our offices is unnecessary. Please confirm prior to making a booking by emailing reservas@bnbholder.com if the chosen apartment has an electronic key. Otherwise, if unavailable, you must follow the check-in instructions and collect the physical keys at our offices: Calle de la Encomienda 11, BNBHOLDER premises, 28012 Madrid.
Generally, self-check-in using an electronic key is available from 3 pm. If in-person check-in is required, a fee of €30 must be paid in cash at the time of check-in, increasing to €50 for check-ins from 9 pm onwards.
DEPOSIT
Each booking made through our portal may be subject to a deposit of €300, which will be held on a credit card to cover potential damages during the rental. This will be requested via email days before check-in.
BNBHOLDER ROCKS SL informs that access to and use of the website http://waourentals.com/ and its subdirectories, as well as any services or content available on it, are subject to the terms detailed in this notice, without prejudice to additional conditions that may apply for certain services or content.
If you do not agree with the terms outlined herein, please refrain from using the website, as any use of it or its services and content implies acceptance of the legal terms stated in this notice and other legal texts contained on the website.
